Our Fees

Through our asset management and financial planning expertise, Picket Fence Financial can make sure your financial needs for college or retirement are met. With Picket Fence Financial, you choose how you want to work with us. If you only have a couple of questions or concerns about your financial needs, you can hire us by the hour. Our hourly fee is $150 per hour, and we provide you with an initial estimate that we will not exceed.

If you have several questions or need a broad examination of your finances and future financial needs, we recommend our full financial plan. Here we look at your entire financial picture and provide you with specific recommendations in the form of a "to-do" list. We also meet with you through the course of the year to ensure the asset management plan is being implemented, and you can call us anytime throughout the year with pressing financial questions. Our fixed fee for this service ranges between $3,000 and $10,000 depending on the complexity of your finances.

If you are looking for someone to manage your portfolio, we do that as well. Since we are fee-only, you can rest assured we build portfolios based on your financial needs, not based on sales quotas or commissions. We offer a sliding fee scale for asset management.
